Who we are

At Elevate Career Center, we believe in the power of opportunity, equity, and second chances—especially for individuals who have historically been overlooked, underestimated, or underserved. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, we are a nonprofit organization committed to empowering minority populations, low-to-moderate income (LMI) individuals, women seeking economic stability, the unemployed, and the underemployed through comprehensive career readiness training, personalized coaching, and wraparound support services.

We proudly serve individuals who seek to improve their lives, with a strong commitment to communities facing systemic barriers—including, but not limited to: Veterans, Returning Citizens, Public Health Professionals, Parents Returning to the Workforce (with particular support for women re-entering the workforce), and individuals from historically marginalized or LMI neighborhoods.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: Empowering People. Building Futures.

We are a certified Department of Workforce Development IN Training Provider and we understand that every career journey is shaped by unique challenges— navigating caregiving responsibilities, employment gaps, or limited access to advancement opportunities. That’s why our programs integrate practical workforce training, culturally responsive mentorship, and barrier-removal strategies designed to support LMI individuals striving for economic mobility, helping them build confidence and achieve long-term success.

Through our Training Center programs, one-on-one coaching, and partnerships with community and corporate stakeholders, we intentionally work to bridge opportunity gaps, uplift women and families, and create clear pathways to meaningful employment and financial stability.

Elevate Career Center is more than a training organization — we are a support system, a community, and a launchpad for individuals in LMI, minority, underserved, and underrepresented communities.
