Randall M. Evans
Randall M. Evans is a U.S. Air Force veteran and accomplished leader with more than two decades of experience in public service and regulatory oversight.
Randall is a committed public servant who is known for spearheading initiatives that strengthened oversight and enhanced operational efficiency within the department. His leadership has been defined by a commitment to integrity, accountability, and ensuring that systems work for both organizations and the communities they serve.
As President of the Board of Directors for Elevate Career Center, Randall brings a wealth of expertise in governance, policy, and organizational development. His insight as a veteran and senior public official ensures Elevate remains grounded in service, mission impact, and sustainable growth.
Randall is also active in community leadership roles where he advocates for access to opportunity, workforce readiness, and veteran empowerment. His service reflects Elevate’s guiding principle: Empowering People. Building Futures.
Abby Braimoh
Abby Braimoh is an agile coach and educator with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning across insurance, aviation, and financial services. She is a dedicated parent and community advocate with a passion for empowering individuals through learning, mentorship, and personal growth. With years of experience in education and volunteer career coaching, Abby has supported students and adults alike in building confidence, identifying career pathways, and achieving their goals.
As Secretary of the Board of Directors for Elevate Career Center, Abby plays a vital role in governance, organizational planning, and strategic decision-making. Her perspective as a parent and educator informs her commitment to Elevate’s mission of serving Veterans, Parents Returning to the Workforce, and Returning Citizens.
Beyond her professional work, Abby is actively engaged in community service, volunteering at the Mid Ohio Food Collective and serving as a PTO volunteer at her daughters' school, where she supports their extracurricular activities in band and cheerleading. Abby's commitment to empowering people and building futures aligns perfectly with Elevate's mission, making her a valuable asset to the organization.
Noah Shelton
Noah Shelton is a dedicated community leader with a strong commitment to advancing opportunities for workforce development and career readiness. With a professional background rooted in service and collaboration, Noah brings valuable experience in strategic planning, mentorship, and organizational growth.
As a member of Elevate Career Center’s Board of Directors, Noah provides guidance and insight that help shape the organization’s vision and long-term impact. His passion for creating pathways to meaningful employment aligns with Elevate’s mission to empower Veterans, Parents Returning to the Workforce, and Returning Citizens.

Adebusola “Ade” Shabi-Keshinro
Adebusola “Ade” Shabi-Keshinro is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Elevate Career Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Veterans, Returning Citizens, and Parents Returning to the Workforce through career readiness training, personalized coaching, and wraparound support services. With a strong background in insurance examination, claims investigation, and workforce development, Ade brings a wealth of professional expertise in policy analysis, compliance, and program management.
Her career has included leadership roles with the Indiana Department of Insurance and the Department of Workforce Development, where she specialized in investigations, supervision, and workforce programs that shaped community access to employment resources.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ade is deeply committed to service. She volunteers as a church administrator, serves on both church and diocesan boards, and actively supports her daughter’s school community. She has also co-led a Girl Scouts troop and coordinated local food drives, reflecting her passion for building strong communities and empowering individuals to succeed.
At Elevate, Ade combines her professional insight, organizational skills, and heart for people to create pathways to opportunity and success. Caitlin Conrad
Caitlin Conrad is the Program Director of Elevate. She is a dedicated public health professional with a passion for advancing health equity and empowering communities to thrive. With over a decade of experience in strategic communications, program management, and disease prevention, she has a proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact public health initiatives. Her expertise includes securing and managing multi-million-dollar federal grants, overseeing large teams, and providing editorial leadership on national public health manuals.
Her career highlights include serving as the STD Prevention Program Director for the Indiana State Department of Health, where she directed statewide operations, managed three federal grants totaling over $2 million in funding, and supervised a team of 19 staff and contractors. Caitlin was also an active leader in the public health field, serving as the Board Chair for the National Coalition of STD Directors from 2019 to 2020. Her contributions to the field were recognized with a Charles C. Shepard Science Award from the CDC for her co-authored publications on the 2015 HIV outbreak in Scott County, Indiana.
Beyond her professional achievements, Caitlin is deeply committed to her family and community. Her personal experience as a mother to a child with autism has given her a unique understanding of the importance of social services and has fueled her dedication to fighting for the future of her children. She is committed to volunteer work, including serving as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and is the Marketing and Communications Chair for her church’s local festival committee.
Guided by the belief that a positive approach to health and well-being can create real change, Caitlin combines her professional expertise and personal passion to build a healthier tomorrow for all individuals and communities.
Oluwayemisi "Yemi" Adebiyi
Oluwayemisi “Yemi” Adebiyi is Elevate’s Training Facilitator. Yemi is a dedicated public servant with graduate-level training in Public Administration and over four years of diverse experience spanning program management, marketing, customer relations, and fundraising. With a proven track record of overseeing complex programs and initiatives, she brings expertise in building partnerships, coordinating large-scale projects, and driving organizational success.
Passionate about community service, she has dedicated volunteer time to child welfare, advocacy, and public relations campaigns, reflecting a deep commitment to empowering individuals and creating lasting impact. Skilled in administration, budgeting, business intelligence, contract management, and online curriculum delivery, she is both customer-oriented and team-focused, with the leadership capacity to inspire and deliver results.
Driven by the mission of opportunity and growth, Oluwayemisi continues to leverage her expertise in program management, workforce development, and public service to empower communities and build sustainable futures.
Beyond her career, she is committed to her family, community and is deeply dedicated to service. She volunteers at the children’s department where she pours into the next generation with the same passion she brings to her professional work.
